Earthkeeper Health Resources’ recently developed weather-based methodology reveals emitter-specific airborne exposure information that is not available elsewhere.

The data can help environmental justice community residents living near emitting facilities who are concerned about air pollution and the health-related impacts by providing compelling and easy to understand data that enables them to know the concentration of toxins in the air they are breathing and its impact on their health. In addition to health-related implications, this information is a powerful tool that can be used in efforts to reduce permitted emissions.

The exposure and health data and associated information, connections, mentoring and education that Earthkeeper provides can help address environmental and public health problems affecting environmental justice communities that are adversely and disproportionately affected by airborne pollution from local facilities.
